Prices and special conditions

  • The prices of the apartments will be anounced in the corresponding webpage. The depend upon the number of people occupying the apartment and their ages (children under 14, children of 3 or under). We will confirm the exact price in our booking confirmation.
  • The price per night does not include the cleaning fee: 30€ for up to 4 people, 40€ for 5 or more. If you plan to stay more than 7 days, we can arrange an extra cleaning.
  • Chuildren under 3 don't pay when accompanied by their parents. Children under 14 pay less.
  • No other fees are charged, utilities (except phone) are included.
  • Towels and linen are included in the price.

How does the booking work?

Generally, the booking is done in four steps:

  1. You send us an inquiry using the inquiry form.
  2. We answer as soon as possible (generally within an hour) confirming the availability and the price.
  3. If you are still interested in booking one of the apartments, please confirm the reception of our message with the prices. We will then make the reservation of the apartment for you. As the payment will not be made until your arrival, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your flight booking (attached as pdf per email, for example).
  4. Once we have received your travel information, you will be contacted by the person in charge in Berlin, who will inform you where to get the keys. You will also receive the mobile number of this person in case you have any question.

Private Apartments

All apartments are rented on a privat basis. All apartments are non-smoker and non-party apartments, as there are other neighbours in the building. All apartments have a balcony where it is allowed to smoke. The apartments will be cleaned upon your departure; nevertheless, the should be left in a normal clean state, no rubbish should be left behind.
